Thank You Lord Jesus For Being the Lord Of My Life,

All scripture references, unless otherwise noted, are from the King James Version of the Holy Bible.
It is impossible to be thankful while at the same time being angry. There is a time to be angry. The Bible says in Ecclesiastes 3:1, "To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven..." While Ecclesiastes 3 doesn't specifically mention anger it does mention in verse 8 "war" and "hatred" and I suppose that anger in those situations has its place. However the Bible says in Ephesians 4:25-27,  "Wherefore putting away lying, speak every man truth with his neighbour: for we are members one of another. Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath: Neither give place to the devil." Be sure to repent before the day is finished.

As I said it is impossible to be thankful and be angry at the same time. The Bible says in Psalm 100:4,  "Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name." Its pretty hard to be angry when verse 3 ends with, "... we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture." The Lord Jesus is truly good to us. Finally, the Bible says in 1st Timothy 2:1, "I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men..." It is pretty hard to be thankful while at the same time being angry.
